 Terms And Conditions
Reservations :
All services should be booked through our offices.At the time of booking nonrefundable and adjustable intrest free deposit Rs. 3000 per person is required.In case of Cruise Booking,50% of the entire amount has to be paid at the time of booking.
Reservation details
In order to handle your reservations efficiently kindly advise full details of the group of FIT's regarding their arrival/departure/cruise dates, flight numbers, number of passengers, room requirements / cruise cabin requirements, meals and sightseeing, passport detail etc.
Confirmations
All reservatiions requests will be confirmed by Fax/Tel/E-mail.
Rates
Gujral Tours & Travels reserves the right to alter these rates,without prior notice, due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control like devaluation of currency,increase in cost etc.
During peak seasons like Christmas, New Year there will be a surcharge on rooms and also obligatory Gala dinners. During festive season which are all additional extras,not included in our published rates.
Payment
Entire payment of INR tour cost to be paid minimum 10 days in advance. Entire payment of US$ component of purchase cost has to be paid on arrival/prepaid out of BTQ with Passport Copies duly stamped. All US$ payments are subject to RBI terms and conditions.
Cancellations
If circumstances make you cancel your tour, the cancellation must be immediately intimated to the sales office and also to the finance company in writing. As per the booking conditions of the tour, we are constrained to levy the following cancellation charges per person :

Once DXB visa applied, in case granted/rejected/unused Visa Charges and Communication fees are applicable.
Cruise Cancellation
Days before departure
45 days-30 days - 25%of Full Fare
29 days - 15 days - 50% of Full fare
14 days - 08 days - 75% of Full Fare
07 days or less - 100% of full fare
No show - 100% or full fare.
Gujral Tours & Travels reserves the right to cancel any tour prior to departure, without assigning any reason. Any monies paid by you will be fully refunded forthwith in INR only but no compensation will be payable.
Amendment
A sum of US$10/Rs. 500per person administration fee will be charged for change in bookings after confirmation
VoucherWe would be issuing a Gujral Tours &v Travels confirmation voucher,which has to be handed over to Hotel/Travel Agent on arrival.
Refunds
No refunds or reduction will be made to any group/FIT member who does not take any meal, sight seeing or accomadation offered in the tour.
Exclude
Tour rates do not include any airport tax, laundry, mineral water or any items of personal nature.Gujral Tours & Travels shall not be responsible for any dealings of a personal nature.
Services
In case of non-availability of any hotel or travel related service. Gujral Tours&Travels will provide you with alternative options.In case of last minute bookings we reserve the right to amend the itinerary/tour cost or provide alternative hotels
Responsibility
Gujral Tours&Travels acts only as an agent for the passenger and does not own or manage any hotel or transport vehicle and hence is no liable to any loss,damage accident,injury,delay or irregukarity of any reason whatsoever for or due to acts of omission or defaults of any supplier. |
